Ticks to takeaway
The National Heart Foundation has extended its tick label to takeaway food outlets and restaurants.
The tick will mean that the meals have been independently tested to meet the Heart Foundation’s strict standards on the size of the meal, the saturated and trans-fat content, the salt and fibre and vegetables in the food.
The Foundation charges a fee to use the tick.
