The big male shin-dig in paradise
A Shin-Dig in Paradise for men is being held on Milson Island in Sydney’s Hawkesbury River on the weekend of 1-3 February 2008, to form a great Aussie Comradeship for older men and bring men from all groups and individuals together.
Organisers promise it will offer:
· A place to make new friends and re-new old friendships
· Somewhere to relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the Island
· Advice on medical problems encountered by older men
· Personal instruction: modern phones, technology & equipment (Telstra)
· Personal activities: fishing, disk bowls, walking, jogging, king chess etc
· Group events: seminars, BBQ’s, camp fires & the Rain Dance
· All meals included (special diets or alcohol by request)
· Accommodation in modern rooms with en-suites
· Great views
· Only a short walk to centre, (scooters allowed), (transport if needed)
· Weekend for enjoyment and mateship (with no cars)
· Ferry ride from railway at Brooklyn (leave the car at home)
