Survey of gay, lesbian, transgender and bisexual (GLTB) people accessing aged care services
A questionnaire is exploring the experiences and expectations of gay, lesbian, transgender and bisexual (GLTB) people accessing aged care services.
The survey should take about 10 minutes. No questions are compulsory.
All information gathered will be anonymous and used for academic purposes only.
Participation is voluntary. The questionnaire is anonymous, but those who would like to participate in follow up research will be asked to provide a contact email address at the end of the questionnaire.
Participants who agree may withdraw their responses at any stage.
