Stroppy women increase their risk of heart disease
The US based Journal of Women’s Health has reported that angry women who act out their frustrations may also be increasing their risk of heart disease.
It has published research showing that the outward expression of anger and hostility is higher in women who have coronary disease than those without. But merely being angry without acting it out was not found to be a risk factor for heart disease.
Those acting out their anger were susceptible if they had any of the other risk factors such as old age, a history of diabetes or unhealthy levels of fats in the blood.
