Snoring Partner deprives Two Years of Sleep
People with partners who snore can lose two years of sleep in their lifetime and the guilty parties are usually men who are overweight and have been out drinking.
Marianne Davey, the co-founder of the British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association, said that “snoring can have a very negative impact on the people who have to live with it”.
She said that with an average relationship lasting 24 years it added up to two years of lost sleep.
More than half the adults polled in the snoring survey said that it affected their sex lives and the survey showed that two thirds of snorers were men who were overweight and at their worst rumbling after a drinking session.
