Simplify your search for aged care

SPONSORED STORY – Organising good quality aged care under time pressure is about as stressful as it gets. And when care needs change over time, the search is on again to find suitable care options. Linkage Care is a new breed of aged care advisory service that partners with families for the long term.

Linkage Care can help you evaluate and modify the care you need now and in the future

With offices in Brisbane and Melbourne, the new advisory service can organise the care you need now, but will continue to help evaluate and modify the care you need in the future.

“By partnering with Linkage Care, families no longer need to understand the Government’s aged care system nor undertake the extensive research needed to find the best care options available,” Linkage Care General Manager Byron Cannon explains.

The company currently has Registered Nurses on hand in Queensland and Victoria to come to you to assess your care needs, as well as the Government support you may be eligible for. Linkage Care’s services area is rapidly expanding and continuously adding more areas throughout Australia.

“Part of Linkage Care’s services is to make sure you receive maximum funding potential from the Government as well as liaise on your behalf with all relevant Government agencies,” Mr Cannon continues.

“Through our extensive partnerships with industry leading aged care providers, Linkage Care offers our members an express link to the right services they need to access immediately.”

Then, if their needs change, Linkage Care members enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that the organisation will continue to help evaluate and modify their care as needed. Linkage Care calls this their lifetime guarantee of support.

Mr Cannon says Linkage Care’s goal is to ensure its members can continue to live where they want and on their own terms. This lifetime guarantee includes the commitment of a 48 hour re-assessment by a Registered Nurse in the case of a major medical event that requires a change in the services you need to access immediately.

“Just because you need aged care does not necessarily mean you need to move to a nursing home. There are many care options available to you and Linkage Care can help find the right one for you.”

Linkage Care is ready to start helping immediately, and works in partnership with your family, general practitioner, allied health and hospital discharge staff to ensure the transition to aged care services is as quick, simple and stress free as possible.
