Australia’s seniors will launch their election demands in Brisbane today, outlining the key issues that will win the over 50s vote in the 2013 Federal Election.

National Seniors Australia will hold its national election campaign launch, Seniors Vote 2013, in Oxley, Brisbane from 10am today.

Local seniors will be attending to support the national campaign.

At the launch, National Seniors Australia chief executive, Michael O’Neill, will reveal the four key vote changing issues and outline just how influential the over 50s vote will be in this election.

After the launch, an election forum for the seat of Oxley will be held with over 50s able to quiz their local ALP, Liberal, DLP and Greens candidates.

Election forums in the electorates of Boothby (SA), Kingsford Smith (NSW), Deakin (VIC), Hasluck (WA), Longman, Lilley and Rankin (QLD) will also be held before the 7 September poll.
