Seeking volunteers for dairy study

The Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute is seeking volunteers who are overweight and aged between 40 and 75 to assist in a study examining the heart health benefits of different forms of dairy foods.

The study will compare the effects of cheese, butter, ice cream, and yoghurt on blood fats and other markers of heart health.
