Even a motorised La-Z-Boy chair-scooter can be a deadly weapon when leaving a bar.
Dennis Leroy Anderson, 62, of Duluth, Minnesota in the United States, pleaded guilty of being in charge of his chair after drinking eight or nine beers and having a blood alcohol content of 0.29, more than three times the legal limit.
He will serve 2 years probation.
