Rising demand for hearing services

By 2030 one in six Australians will be over the age of 60, and with one in three people over 60 suffering from hearing loss, this is creating an unprecedented demand in the hearing care industry for hearing health services.

In response to this, HearingLife has developed Australia’s first hearing care franchise operation and for the first time in Australia, giving audiologists and audiometrists the opportunity to own their own franchise clinic.

Ashley Wilson, general manager of HearingLife, says “We firmly believe that our timing is right to introduce a franchising opportunity to the Australian hearing market and hearing care practitioners. Currently a significant gap exists for practitioners between either working for one of the large retail chains or going it alone and opening their own retail clinic.”

HearingLife launched its new franchise program last week.
