The new website enables people to contact Resthaven directly, allowing 24/7 access for users to request a call back or to send a message.
Mr Norton says ‘The new website is a helpful, easy to use resource that includes simple information about the range of options available, the steps to access aged care, calls-to-action, and educational information.’
Public Relations Officer, Kathryn Gruber, has been overseeing the new site’s construction.
‘The information we gained through our benchmarking research and listening to consumer feedback, was combined with industry research and a competitor analysis to inform and guide the website’s functionality and design' says Ms Gruber.
She continues ‘Content changes are now easier, and we trust there will be a vast improvement in the user experience. It is also a great place to read about all our latest news.’
