TLC Aged Care Noble Gardens residents celebrated the home’s 10th anniversary in style. Mark Dreyfus, Federal Member for Isaacs, came along and offered his congratulations to the residents and staff.

The Mayor of the City of Greater Dandenong, Jim Memeti, also spoke highly of the contribution that the residents, families and staff of Noble Gardens have contributed and continue to build the unique and culturally diverse community that is Noble Park.

Many staff, residents and their families were in attendance.

Company founder and chairman, Dr John Leaper, along with director Jenny Leaper, told of the journey that has seen Noble Park become TLC Aged Care’s biggest residential aged care project with a total of nearly 300 rooms, employing in excess of 165 people.

Residents Edna McWilliams, 99, and Louie Watt, 102, received flowers to mark the occasion as long term residents of the community.

One guest summed up the sentiments when she was heard to say, “this is just so real”.

“We have been successfully promoting a culture of ‘being family’ in Noble Park for ten years now and we certainly intend to do the same for the next ten years and beyond. It is vitally important that we keep it real,” said Dr Leaper.
