Regis Aged Care national staff awards
The awards recognise the combined skills, energy and efforts of Regis Aged Care staff in 10 categories and encourage excellence and outstanding performance in line with business objectives and values. The awards are open to all of Regis’ 5,000 staff members and nearly 1,000 volunteers.
“We received hundreds of nominations from staff, residents, resident family members and community stakeholders and given the high calibre of entries the selection process for each category was extremely difficult”, Regis Aged Care CEO, Ross Johnston said.
“Each day our staff strive to make Regis a real home for residents and a great place to work for their fellow staff members, and these awards reflect the work being undertaken across all levels of the business,” he added.
“We are proud to be a growing organisation at the forefront of aged care and an employer of choice, and will continue to invest in both our staff and residents’ well-being, through innovation, embracing new technologies and continuing to think outside the square.
“Each of our winners is an inspiration to each and every one of us and the aged care industry as a whole”, he added.
Regis Aged Care owns and operates more than 45 facilities across Australia, caring for more than 4,700 residents and employing more than 5,000 health care professionals.
