Recall of mobility scooters taking a while

In August 2009, Pride Mobility Products Australia Pty Ltd contacted all distributors of Mini Crosser-Cyclone DX, 3 and 4-wheel mobility scooters, Models 130T & 140T, manufactured before January 2007 and asked them to inform their customers of the recall. However, not all customers could be contacted.
Pride Mobility Products advertised information about the recall in major daily newspapers in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and the ACT on 19 January 2011.
