Parramatta Council provides information on retirement
The Parramatta City Library, in partnership with Centrelink Financial Information Service, will conduct a series of free retirement seminars.
The informative sessions will assist seniors in making crucial decisions about financial and investment issues for the future.
Some of the sessions will include presentations given by speakers from the financial industry.
Sessions and dates
Getting ready for retirement (suitable for 55 – 65 years)
Investments for retirement – Wednesday, 14 November
Living in retirement (suitable for 65+ years)
Understand your pension – Wednesdays, 3 October & 31 October
Accommodation options in retirement – Wednesday, 17 October
All free retirement session run from 10am to 12noon, and are held at the Parramatta City Library, Civic Place, Parramatta.
