Australians are being called on to wear silver in September to support the fantastic work done by the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF). By purchasing a Silver Ribbon Lapel Pin from their local NAB branch throughout the whole month of September, people will be helping fund valuable research for a disease that claims the life of one Australian woman every 10 hours. Currently, ovarian cancer has a lower survival rate than both breast and cervical cancer, both of which have early detection tests.
