NSW public meetings on how the legal system meets the needs of seniors
One hundred and twenty interested organisations and individuals have written to the Federal Parliamentary Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee setting out their views on how well the legal system is meeting the needs of seniors.
The committee will hold public hearings in Sydney 14-15 May when they will question both interested individuals and organisational representatives, including representatives from the NSW Ministerial Advisory Committee on Ageing, the NSW Guardianship Tribunal and the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission.
