New South Wales (NSW) pensioners have welcomed the scrapping of the Photo Card fee by the state government.
Until now, pensioners who wanted a NSW Photo Card, a card that can be used to proof identification if someone does not have a current driving licence or other form of identification, had to pay a $44 fee.
