NSW Government’s Office for Ageing has relocated
The NSW Government’s Office for Ageing has relocated from Sydney to Tweed Heads – creating around 10 new jobs and boosting the local economy by $1 million annually.
The Office for Ageing (OFA) provides advice to the NSW Government on population ageing and the needs of older people in the community.
The North Coast area has one of the highest older populations in Australia with 20% of people aged 65 years and over.
