NSW Aged Care Assessment Program Survey

The NSW Department of Health is undertaking a state wide survey to measure current levels of knowledge and satisfaction regarding the Aged Care Assessment Program (ACAP).

The survey is being conducted as part of the Council of Australian Governments’ initiative to improve and strengthen the Aged Care Assessment Program.

The 2008 state wide survey seeks to streamline data collection and reporting across NSW, for the purposes of quality improvement for the period 2008-2011, and is the first of three annual ACAP stakeholder surveys/consultations.

The survey seeks feedback on levels of satisfaction and awareness of a range of different aspects of the NSW ACAT service including timeliness, responsiveness, respect, information provision, communication, outcomes, competence and choice.

The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete.  If you have any queries contact Lucy Greig or Laura Giltrap at Eton Consulting on 1800 076 683.
