New head for APRA Over 50s Association
Arnold Bates has been appointed the new chief executive officer of Australian Retired Persons Association Over 50s Association . He replaces long serving CEO Brian Shakes who retired.
Born in the UK, Bates trained as an applied chemist and spent much of his career in the chemical industry. He came to Australia in the mid 80s and in recent years has worked as a consultant helping companies establish production business in Asia.
