More grandparents raising grandchildren

Grandparents are increasingly providing primary care for their grandchildren, according to a report from the National Seniors Association (NSA).
The reasons that grandparents care for their grandchildren are varied, and often grandparents within this situation have great pressure placed upon them financially, emotionally and physically.
The NSA national policy office is exploring the needs of grandparents who are providing primary care for their grandchildren.
