Research has shown that many older adults are resilient and well adapted to the ageing process, but there are many who experience common mental health problems such as depression and anxiety.
Even though common mental health problems can be effectively treated with psychosocial interventions, research indicates that many older adults experiencing mental health problems choose not to seek help from a mental health professional.
Participants will be required to complete a questionnaire booklet which takes about 40 to 60 minutes to complete.
