Legal help extended for Qld seniors

Queensland Communities Minister Lindy Nelson-Carr has announced $1.91 million in funding to extend a pilot program offering free legal and support services to seniors.

Seniors Legal and Support Services helps seniors who have suffered financial exploitation and elder abuse. There are centres in Brisbane, Cairns, Hervey Bay, Toowoomba and Townsville.
