The experiences of carers and staff from aged care facilities and community aged care workers in high care facilities are documented in ‘Still largely on the outside: the caring experiences of relatives and friends of older people who live in aged care facilities in Victoria’.
This innovative project conducted by Carers Victoria provides a different but essential perspective of the need for reform in residential aged care.
