The South Australian Health Department has awarded the contract for Metro Home Link to the Home Nurses company.
The Advanced Community Care Association has been successfully operating Metro Home LInk for some years.
GP Home Link, designed by Jean Hall and originated by Aged Care Housing Group in the mid 90’s later became Metro Home Link and an alliance was formed with many of the Church and Charitable sectors leading players.
Metro Home Link is an effective service and provides much needed home and community support to older people at risk of hospitalisation. General Practitioners are the key referrers.
