The challenge, which officially kicked off on Monday, challenges people to choose a new activity, pledge their commitment and spend the next 21 days enjoying their new experience with the added comfort of knowing they’re taking positive steps towards brain health.
By the end of the Challenge, you will hopefully be on your way to maintaining healthier habits for a healthier brain.
Fancy yourself a budding artist, a chef or a photographer? Always dreamt of speaking fluent French or mastering an instrument? There’s never been a better time or reason to start doing the things you love.
Research suggests certain lifestyle and health factors are good for the brain, body and heart and can help reduce the risk of developing dementia.
