Heart Foundation rewards local governments for health initiatives
Community groups or organisations helping to create healthy communities, building social connections and encouraging people to be active and promoting healthy food choices, could be eligible for the Heart Foundation Kellogg Local Government Awards.
The Heart Foundation conducts the awards and provides the opportunity for local governments to celebrate their achievements and seek recognition for their valued contribution to creating healthy communities.
Community groups, schools, health and community organisations and private industry working with local government are strongly encouraged to enter these awards.
