Garden open day on 21 Sep highlight for Dementia Awareness Week in Vic

Dementia Awareness Week is set for 19 to 26 September in Victoria, with a highlight being an Open Day at Alzheimer’s Australia Vic premises and garden at 98-104 Riversdale Road, Hawthorn, from 11am to 3.30pm on Sunday 21 September.
