Free transport during WA Seniors Week

Seniors in Western Australia are being encouraged to get out and celebrate Seniors Week, which began on Sunday 26 October.

As part of Seniors Week WA Seniors Card holders will be given free public transport from this Sunday until 2 November.

Activities will be held across the state and include art, magic, music, a day out at Rottnest Island, family history presentations, grandparent story time, cowboy day and more.

Practical help such as how to use email, basic computer training, positive ageing and exercise tips will also be offered.
