Extension for Regis site

Posted

Aged care provider, the Regis Group, has announced $10 million redevelopment plans to extend its Greenmount Regis Cypress Gardens aged care facility in Western Australia (WA).

The development will see a new 37-bed wing added to the existing facility, a refurbishment of the current facility and new access roads built to ensure easy access for essential services and visitors.

“The extension of this facility and the investment in new aged care beds highlights the Regis Group’s commitment to building outstanding person focused aged care facilities not only here in Greenmount but across the country. It is also an investment in much needed new facilities to meet future demand in Western Australia,” Michelle De Ronchi, Regis WA operations manager said.

The new wing is scheduled to open in late 2012.
