Dubbo the regional hub for aged and medical care
A local survey has found most people in western NSW see Dubbo as the region’s centre for aged care/medical services.
The health survey by the Orana Regional Organisation of Councils received about 1,200 responses from residents in 10 shires from Warrumbungle to Bourke.
Almost 70% of respondents identified Dubbo as their preferred location for accessing health services.
