Driving your volunteer experience further

National Seniors’ INSTEP (Indigenous Skills Transfer and Exchange Partnership) program is seeking volunteers interested in assisting people in the Aboriginal community of Mungullah to get their driver’s licence.

Mungullah is located on the outskirts of the beautiful seaside township of Carnarvon in central Western Australia.

Vehicles for training will be supplied by the community.

All volunteers require is patience and a manual driver’s licence for over four years in Australia with no suspensions.

This is an ideal opportunity for couples, especially from WA, who would like to travel to a beautiful part of their state and do something worthwhile at the same time.

Your assistance will help us to improve the capacity of Mungullah residents to work and live more productive and independent lives.

Volunteers who can travel to the community independently are preferred.

For details email instep@nationalseniors.com.au or call Karen on 1300 76 50 50.
