DPS retirement real estate website set for launch

Choosing where to spend your retirement is just as important as how you spend your golden years.

Making the right choice by investigating the housing options available is important to ensure you’re comfortable with the decisions you make.

DPS Publishing, Australia’s leading independent publisher, will tomorrow launch RetireRealEstate.com.au, a website where consumers can search retirement living units, villas and serviced apartments for sale or rent.

To streamline the decision making process, retirees, or those nearing retirement, will also be able to send enquiries to the villages they are interested in, as well as researching the village’s market price and the facilities or services offered. Users can also categorise their searches by location, whether they are seeking a sea-change or looking to settle by the countryside.

In coming weeks, an interface for retirement living providers to advertise their villages by logging in and lodging their own vacancies and uploading pictures, will be developed.

RetireRealEstate.com.au complements the new publication, DPS Guide to Retirement Living, which features additional ‘need to know’ information, including a comprehensive listing of retirement living options throughout Australia.
