Consultation on disability trusts tax changes

The Government is seeking feedback and comments on the legislative design details of the Government’s 2009-10 Budget announcement to change the tax arrangements applying to special disability trusts.
The proposed approach to the legislative changes is outlined in a consultation paper. In particular, comment is sought on any potential unexpected consequences for beneficiaries of special disability trusts.
While submissions may be lodged electronically or by post, electronic lodgement is preferred. For accessibility reasons, please email responses in a Word or RTF format.
