Aveo buys Freedom Aged Care
Aveo Group has announced it’s taking over Freedom Aged Care. Freedom owns and operates more than 1,000 units in 15 retirement communities across Australia in Queensland, NSW, Victoria and Tasmania.

The take over also includes an additional 533 units still in the development stages.
The acquisition of Freedom, together with the rollout of Aveo’s existing development pipeline, will see Aveo operating 95 retirement communities with nearly 17,000 homes for elderly Australians, making it the largest owner and operator of retirement communities in Australia.
