Aged care residents’ project in Victoria
Infoxchange is partnering with a St Vincent’s residential aged care centre in Victoria to create a digital story about the residents.
The Reflections Project will document the stories of a selection of the residents on a dedicated website, promoting a positive image of the contributions that senior Victorians have made to the community.
The project is part of the Victorian government’s Count Us In! initiative, which aims to break down barriers to social inclusion.
