New advertisements are going to air on TV this month seeking to fill 38,000 job vacancies expected in the New South Wales (NSW) aged and disability care sector over the next five years.
The ads are designed, in part, to encourage those who may never have considered working in the care sector before.
Minister for Ageing and Disability Services, Paul Lynch, says an ageing population, extra public investment and a rise in the number of people using disability services is expected to drive demand for new workers in the state.
