ACT government Palliative Care Strategy
The ACT government has released the ACT Palliative Care Strategy 2007-2011 which sets ACT Government direction for palliative care services in the ACT for the next four years.
The strategy sets out a range of key aims including improving community awareness and participation, further development of the ACT palliative care services, strengthening provision of primary care through a palliative approach, strengthening specialist palliative care service, developing a skilled workforce and improving information management.
