TLC Aged Care

Together for the majority of their lives, married couple Bob and Elsie Bush found themselves separated just before their 63rd wedding anniversary – Elsie in respite care and Bob in hospital.

The chances of Bob and Elsie being together for the occasion looked grim but their family were committed to finding a solution that would see their parents together, which led them to contact TLC Aged Care.

Their focus on family values is at the heart of the company and very much a part of the underpinning philosophy of TLC Aged Care. So the directive was issued … “Do everything you can to reunite this couple in time for their anniversary!”

Working with staff at the Noble Manor facility in Noble Park Victoria over the weekend, the team was able to make it happen.

The couple celebrated with cake along with TLC Aged Care chief executive, Ingrid Williams.

“Not too many years ago my parents were in a similar position and the need to keep them together was paramount. We feel privileged to be in a position where we can help bring about another happy result,” said Dr Leaper, TLC Aged Care founder and chairman.
