In 2017 we continue the momentum of a brilliant 2016, which has seen DPS Publishing make some major improvements to several key information areas.

DPS Guide to Aged Care

We’ve added flow charts at the beginning of the DPS Guide to explain the steps needed when engaging a home care provider or accessing residential aged care. Orange tabs down the side of the page make it easy to flick from one editorial topic to another.

The addition of dynamic mapping to our website has been a great success since the rebuild early last year. Users can pinpoint nursing homes and retirement villages in a specified area and zoom in and out as necessary, with results updating based on the map view.

This year DPS Publishing will continue its growth and improvements to online and printed publications. In the first quarter you’ll see:

Home Care Reforms

Imminent enhancements to the Home Care sections of our website and publications will be rolled out on 28 February to accommodate the changes coming into play in the near future.

All approved Home Care Package providers can accept any Home Care Package client regardless of area, as long as they can provide the service the client needs.
