Answer "Yes" if you are legally married or in a de facto relationship, even if you live apart for health reasons.
- Full pensioners pay the minimum contribution amounts under the Support at Home program.
- Fully self-funded retirees pay the maximum contribution amounts under Support at Home.
- Part pensioners and those eligible for a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card pay contribution amounts based on their income and assets.

Your Support at Home classification is the funding level assigned during your aged care assessment. It determines how much funding you receive for ongoing services.

If you receive ongoing services through Support at Home, 10% of your quarterly budget is allocated to care management. This covers activities such as care planning, service planning, and monitoring the services you receive.
You do not contribute anything towards this, and your provider cannot ask you to pay additional management fees.
