Overview

Our care service operates four (4) days per week and provides transport to and from the centre, daily activities, entertainment and lunch. Social Support Group assists frail older people to participate in community life and feel socially included through structured, group-based activities that develop, maintain or support independent living and social interaction.

Centre operates Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday for CALD & NESB clients .The best possible care within the Consumers’ cultural traditions and values.

At St Sergius Day Care Centre we aim for high client satisfaction, delivering the best possible outcome for our clients and building effective relationships which allow needs to be identified early and quickly satisfied.

The types of support available through a Home Care Package include help with housework, personal care, respite, meals and food preparation, transport, shopping, gardening, allied health, social support and more.
