At Mercy Place Nixon, our small household living approach to care means we focus on relationships and building a strong sense of community. Our friendly home accommodates 36 residents in three small households, each with access to our beautiful courtyards, gardens, greenhouse and veggie patch. Whether taking a stroll to the local beach and shops, participating in our range of activities, or visiting our on-site hairdresser, you will enjoy an active lifestyle at Mercy Place Nixon.

We value your life story, knowing this is what makes you the person you are today. Our care centres on your interests and needs. We strive to empower you to take control of your day and to live as self-sufficiently as possible. We partner with you, your family and your community to nurture companionship and a sense of belonging.

Our stylish rooms feature quality furniture and fittings as well as private ensuites. Take advantage of the built-in wardrobes, heating, air conditioning and space for your personal treasures. A 24/7 nurse call system is available in all rooms, giving you and your loved ones peace of mind. We also have beautiful pet birds and a visiting pet therapy program.

Family and community are part of who you are. Staying connected to them is essential to your health and wellbeing, which is why we work with you to keep those relationships strong and healthy. Share quality time together in our beautiful garden, or enjoy a meal in our intimate dining rooms. Our courtyards, greenhouse, lounges and dining areas are all favourite spots for spending time with loved ones.

We encourage you to continue enjoying your favourite hobbies and even try your hand at something new. You will find plenty of social and recreational activities to get involved in, such as woodworking, gardening, bus outings and games. You will also have access to all the services you have come to expect, such as physiotherapy.

Enjoy a coffee at the nearby Main Street cafes or visit the local shopping district for supermarkets, banks and a post office where you can socialise and shop.
