South West Community Transport provides transport services to the elderly 65 and over (50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders), registered NDIS participants, carers and those who may be transport disadvantaged.
The areas we cover include Fairfield, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly and Wingecarribee LGA's.
We provide safe reliable, door to door transport to

• Other medical appointments (Podiatry, Pathology, Physiotherapy).
• Dialysis and cancer treatments
• Hospital and nursing homes to visit family and friends

• Group and individual social outings such, Clubs, Bingo visiting friends and family, support groups, church services etc
