The consultant can also help you organise any assessments that are required to help with accessing Government funding, assist with forms and applications and answer any questions you may have about fees and charges.
They can assist you at any point during the process, whether you're just starting to look at options or are ready to find a provider. They'll guide you through the necessary assessments, advise you on the best home care options for you, help you understand fees and agreements and take care of all the paperwork.

The Home Care Assistance Service is able to provide their personalised services free of charge to you because they are funded by the home care providers from their network.
