Monash Gardens Village features modern ground level villa units situated in peaceful, safe surrounds that includes a co-located Residential Aged Care facility and the Mulgrave Community Centre operated by Monash Council. The Village units have four distinct designs, The Monash, The Grandview, The Glenwood, and The Wellington. Each villa has two bedrooms, with some recently refurbished to a high standard. The Village provides a weekly shopping bus, helping residents’ complete errands. Residents also have regular day excursions, which provide a great way to continue community involvement and to meet new people.
