Resthaven Lifestyle Choices Plus is a full fee-for-service or ‘user pays’ program that helps older people living at home, retirement living or residential care.
The full range of Resthaven’s widely recognised, quality, accredited community aged care services is available in a flexible plan that is tailored to individual needs. High-quality staff, services and coordination that is provided in all of our services.
These services may be long term, short term or for “one-off” needs.
Support is negotiated according to each person’s individual circumstances and may include, but is not limited to: household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & gardening, home maintenance, shopping, transport, support with medication, attending medical appointments, assistance with personal care such as showering and dressing, pet/garden care, professional nursing and allied health services, support to keep in touch with family, friends and the community, emotional support, help with documentation, assistance with finding a residential care place and other assistance as negotiated according to need.
Charges are set out in a Schedule of Fees and apply for both coordination and in-home services. The package cost reflects the negotiated range of services provided for each person.
Resthaven offers Lifestyle Choices in northern, eastern, western and southern metropolitan Adelaide, Murray Bridge & Mallee, Adelaide Hills, Limestone Coast, the Fleurieu and Riverland areas.
