Resthaven's state-of-the-art residential aged care home at Aberfoyle Park offers high-quality, attractive, purpose-built permanent and respite accommodation.

The site is ideally situated within a short stroll of the Aberfoyle Village and Hub shopping centres, with a variety of food and retail outlets, leisure and health services. Resthaven Aberfoyle Park’s design incorporates a community “hub", including a shop, barbeque areas, hairdressing salon, children’s play area, private dining/function rooms, a large communal meeting room, and a self-service café with internet access.

Rooms offer small dining and lounge areas, providing opportunities for families to meet for private leisure time, and creating a sense of community. Professionally landscaped garden areas and courtyards are protected, secure, safe, and accessible. There is generous building space per resident, excellent security, monitored fire safety and sprinkler systems with generators ensuring ongoing service provision in the case of power failures.

Residents enjoy freshly prepared, dietitian approved meals, cooked fresh on-site, with different menu choices available to suit cultural needs if required. Ecumenical worship services are held in our hall, which includes a dedicated chapel area. Chaplaincy support is available, and Resthaven respects and supports people of all faiths and beliefs.

Resthaven does not charge Higher Everyday Living Fees (HELF) in Residential Services for services such as extra meal choices, bus trips, entertainment, and so on. This reflects our charitable purpose.

You can rest assured with Resthaven’s qualified nursing staff, including a nurse on duty 24/7 and a highly trained clinical team to address complex health care needs and pain management.

Our varied leisure and lifestyle program offers experiences to suit all tastes and needs. There is always something going on, if you choose to participate. Ecumenical worship services are conducted on site and bus trips are arranged.
