RDNS HomeCare is part of RDNS (Royal District Nursing Service Limited), a not-for-profit organisation that has provided home nursing and community healthcare services since 1885.
With offices in Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland, our growing and friendly team of skilled community carers, registered nurses, and support staff offer a range of support options to help people of all ages and cultures remain part of their community.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, just out of hospital or have an ongoing health concern that requires regular support, RDNS can assist. Our registered and enrolled nurses, nursing support staff and care workers are fully trained and security-checked. They deliver care with professionalism, skill and compassion in the privacy of your own home.
Our community nursing services include aged care, wound care, medicine management, palliative care, continence management, dementia care and diabetes management. We will work in close collaboration with your doctor and other health professionals, so you can be assured of the best of care.
Fees apply for some services & vary depending on your level of private health insurance & your eligibility for government funding.
